I used to work for cake production in Yerevan and became experienced there. I owned lavash production company for 4 years in Moscow. This is already the forth year since I have been owning a cake production.  

Description of Business Idea

The business idea is about cake production, such as strips, biscuits and creamed cakes. 16 types of products as well as lavash are being produced and sold by the company. The products are sold both on units and kilograms. Delivery is organized twice a week to the shops in Vayk, Yeghegnadzor and Jermuk.  

Market Analysis and market share

The general markets for the business are Vayk  and Yeghegnadzor cities for the whole year, as well as Jermuk city as a seasonal market. The total demand for cake products is about 49,000,000 AMD annually. As the current sale volumes show, market share of the business is about 20%.     

Competition Analysis

This production unit is the only one existing in Vayk region. The market of Vayots Dzor is provided with sweet products mainly by “Sona-Yelena” and “Shant” companies operated in Yerevan city, so they are the main competitors for the business. The main competitive advantages of the business are the excellent professional knowledge and skills of the employees and the experience of business owner.
