Business Summary

I have 2 hectares of land with 3 pits, which can be pools for breeding fish. I plan to produce 5 to 6 varieties of fish. In my first year, I will produce only 2 types: karp and sazan.

I need some construction work to make this happen. In particular, I need to build reservoirs and pools.

Fish is in large demand in the Tavush region, and I can own a share of the market.

Market Overview and Product Demand

3 to 4 types of fish are sold in Ijevan. Trout is the most sold fish. Families purchase fish for different events. Families whose monthly income exceeds 200,000 AMD purchase fish for daily usage. 20 tons of fish is sold in Ijevan each year, 15 tons of which is trout. Sales peak in December, when 40% of Ijevan families buy 2 kg of fish. The second peak is in April, when 80% of families buy fish.
The price of 1 kg fish is 1800 to 2000 AMD.

Current Distribution

The pools are located near the main road of Ijevan-Noyemberyan. Here, I will build a fish-shop. I will also sell my fish products in Ijevan, and I will personally transport and distribute the products to the market.

One kg of karp and sazan will be sold for 1800 to 2000 AMD.
The expense of one kg of fish production is 1500.

I will sell 1 ton of fish in the first year. I will not have fish for sale for the first 6 months.

Competition

There are 4 to 5 fish-breeding companies in Ijevan. Two of them offer only trout. One of them offers also sazan and karp. My advantages are the location and existence of fish-shop.
