I have cattle breeding farm since 2006. The milk is bought by the Milk Company of Stepanakert and the calf is bought by other farmers.
I am a musician. Now I work in the music school as a teacher of duduk. I am also working in the Shushi national songs group as a specialist of duduk.

I am planning to enlarge my farm. I want to buy 3 cows and 10 calves. The farm will continue to produce milk and meat.

Market Analysis and market share

The demand of the meet and milk is more than the supply. The customers want to buy no limited quantity meat and Milk Company of Stepanakert no limited quantity of milk. The price of milk is 85 drams per liter and 500 drams per meat kilogram.
In 2010 I can sell about 9,000 liter milk and 1 calf. My income will be 800,000 drams from milk and 180,000 drams from calf.
In 2011 I will sell about 1 ton milk and 10 calves. The annually income will be 3 million drams.

Competition Analysis

There are 5 farms in the region. 2 of them produce only milk and sell it to the Milk Company of Stepanakert. Other farms produce meat and cheese.
My advantages are the location of my farm, the cattle shed (20x60), where can stay more than 100 cows, the grass is qualified and secure high quality milk and meat.
