Project Summary
During the period of the Soviet Union, I was engaged in cattle breeding. From the very first day I began cattle breeding, milk was turned into cheese and sold. Now, 33 cows provide milk, and give enough milk to produce 2 to 3 tons of Lori cheese. All of this cheese is sold to and consumed in Georgia. There is an arrangement with Georgian citizens for cheese sales in Georgia. We plan to add a new variety of cheese to our production processes, called Zovashen, to this market. It is a traditional cheese of Vardenik village. The new product will be packaged in plastic. The main distinguishing feature of this cheese is that it is sold with brine, so the cheese can be kept for a long time. It is planned to produce 2 to 3 tons of this sort of cheese. In the case of production increasing, we will have to find more milk providers. There is no need for new production techniques; we need only the appropriate plastic packages. The total profit per year is about 2.5 million AMD.
